The ZT510 supports ribbon rolls up to 450 meters (1,476 feet) on a 1-inch core — significantly more ribbon per change cycle than printers using shorter rolls. In a 24/7 manufacturing or warehouse environment, the longer ribbon capacity means fewer interventions per shift, lower per-label labor cost, and reduced risk of production stoppages during high-volume runs. Ribbon widths from 0.79 to 4.33 inches accept wax, wax/resin, and full resin ribbon types.

The printer accommodates media widths from 0.79 to 4.5 inches on rolls up to 8.0-inch OD on a 3-inch core. An optional field-installable guillotine cutter with wrap tray can be added to enable cut-stack label production.
